  • THE CHAKRAS: THE WHEEL OF HEALTH

In ancient mythology, Sudarshan Chakra is known as Lord Vishnu’s divine weapon, and is used to correct cosmic order, time and righteousness. In Rigveda, it is recognized as the wheel of time, symbolizing the eternal cycle of life, death and rebirth. It combines the energies of the Holy Trinity Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh and was used against demons to enforce Dharma.

Similarly, in every human being there are energy centres, which represent the life force function of the body and to keep the body’s organs in a proper functioning state and help to protect our body from bad or ill energies. These energy centres are known as Chakras and are responsible for recycling bad energy into good energy and protecting human Aura (Shield) from bad energy.

The chakra system is rooted in ancient South Asian and Yogic Transcriptions. Many people find it a hugely used metaphor and mindfulness tool for achieving mental and physical balance. The seven main chakras which are commonly used are Crown Chakra, Ajna Chakra, Throat Chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra and Basic Chakra or Moola Dhar Chakra. Other than these chakras there are small chakras that are also present in different places on the body.

There are different methods to heal the Aura through energy chakras or purify the energies. These methods  are practiced by saints, spiritual gurus and healers throughout the world. Some of these methods are Pranic Healing , Reiki , Balancing Chakras ,Sound Healing and Traditional Meditation.
