Food breaks in our digestive system and produce energy, amino acids, essential minerals, etc. While water maintains our blood alkaline, helping in the excretion of waste and many similar actions. Water carries essential minerals to different parts of the body through blood.
Yoga involves more of the muscle system, which helps in body posture, balance and improves the blood flow. It also involves sometimes light meditation and prayer. On the other hand, meditation involves mild exercises but more mental activities and relaxation. It helps in mind and body balance. Meditation prepare yourself to interpret things in better way and according to that you produce adequate responses. It relieves stress, pain, anxiety and other psychological sufferings.
